Basically this track is Lupe speaking as if "The Game" had a voice. The Game basically represents the evil people do in this world which Lupe explains on this track...

there are alot of veiwpoints on this song. like you i thought maybe this was the embodiment of the streets..Others think that this iilluminati related but my favorite is consider this from the veiw of the devil-satan and the game is the nature of sin.
