Tim is a friend of Adam Corrolla (of Loveline and The Man Show) from Russia and who wants to be a rapper. Adam gives his rendition of Tim singing this quote, which is funny because of Tim's accent. I didn't know that this line was from House of Pain, but I'm sure that is where it came from.

Um, this line is almost identical to the line in the first verse of Jump Around by House of Pain.
